JSO TransPacific was originally founded as JSO Associates in California in 1993. The initial corporate goal of JSO Associates was to guide Silicon Valley startup companies involved in the semiconductor manufacturing industry to develop business relationships in Japan.Since the late 1990's, by adding new partners and increasing networking bandwidth, JSO TransPacific has successfully diversified out of the semiconductor industry as well as expand into other Asian territories.
The present technical focus of JSO is to guide USA startup companies involved in information technology and biomedical industries into an Asian-wide network.
